BIOPTRICS® LEARN is a workforce learning system (LMS) designed to support all organizational training, including skills development, on-boarding, safety compliance, standards, practices, policies, leadership, and culture. The LMS system centralizes training delivery and partnered with our proprietary technology embedding behavior-based learning that supports accountability, critical thinking, and real-world application. Engineered for whole brain learning, BIOPTRICS® tracks Key Learning Indicators (KLI) and Key Behavior Indicators (KBI) that connect training to performance outcomes, ensuring learning is understood, applied, and sustained across the workforce.
BIOPTRICS® MEASURE is a culture survey and diagnostics system designed to measure culture health and safety, leadership alignment, employee engagement, psychosocial safety and more. Organizations can deploy prebuilt surveys or create custom assessments using a validated question bank. The system compares leadership and workforce responses to reveal misalignment and risk. Built-in recommendations prevent survey fatigue and has been engineered to identify risks and provide immediate recommendations and solutions through things such as whether specific training is needed, policy review, or process clarification is required, and trigger immediate, targeted action across the organization.
